Warranty service goes through a dealer
Dolphin robots are made by Maytronics, which lists a warranty length on each product page — three years on the Premier — but does not publish the terms behind it for US buyers. Its US terms of sale point to the limited warranty at a link that is still a placeholder.
What Maytronics does state, on its registration site, is how a claim works: warranty service goes through your nearest authorized Maytronics dealer, with a copy of the invoice showing the date of purchase, the serial number and a description of the problem, and the warranty only applies in the country where the robot was bought. Register the robot and keep the invoice.
Parts and manuals go by part number
Maytronics lists spare parts for each robot on its own parts page, reached from Find Your Robot in its parts store, with part numbers for the power supply, cable, impeller, tracks, brushes and filters. It does not publish exploded diagrams, so the parts page is the reference. It serves manuals through a portal keyed to the part number, and the document it returns is not always named for the robot. For the Premier, 99996339-SPL, the user manual is titled Dolphin Classic 5 / Top 5, while the quick start guide carries the Premier name. Where the two differ, follow the one with your robot's part number on it.
